Jeff began his real estate career on the West Coast where he was a dynamic achiever in the hotly-competitive California real estate market. Later he relocated to Texas and affiliated with a national franchise becoming a consistent top producer in a 250+ agent company. His career included ten years of Circle of Excellence sales as well as teaching and training new licensees for the large company.

Upon moving to Columbia in 1996, Jeff decided to create ASSET REALTY, INC. from the perspective of a former sales executive with a solid knowledge of not only what Buyers and Sellers need in services but also what the real estate professional needs in training and support from a Company. ASSET REALTY, INC. was born out of a need to bring both of these seemingly divergent requirements together into one cohesive unit.
